We specialize in any residential remodeling project interior or exterior. We initially got our start in interior remodeling with a focus on high end tile and stone work.

How do you control dust during a remodel?
This is what really sets us apart. We implement a start clean, end clean program with every project. We install floor to ceiling plastic walls wherever work is being done separating the work area from the living area. Inside the work area we use hepa vacuums and hepa air scrubbers.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a two year workmanship warranty on all remodeling projects.

What services do you offer?
Our primary service is Design/ Build Remodeling on interiors of homes. Bathrooms, Kitchens, and whole house remodels. We also offer exterior remodeling, handyman, selective demolition and haul away services.
How do I schedule a remodeling consultation?
Preliminary consultations are usually handled over phone, text, and email before a site visit is scheduled. We discuss your vision, timeline, and budget and ensure it will be a good fit. The first onsite job walk/ measure is usually $100 and goes towards the project cost.
Calico Construction is a full service remodeling contractor meaning our projects are from concept, creation, to completion. We listen to what you want and we bring your vision to life.
Yes! We work with you and try to make living at home during the construction phase as easy as possible. We keep floor protection on all surfaces and clean up at the end of every day.
Traditional remodeling or dealing with a typical general contractor exclusively often leaves the homeowner in the middle of dealing with design, material selection, finishes, and layout or dealing with designers on one end and contractors and sub contractors on the other.
The Design/ Build approach puts the homeowner in control of the project from start to finish working directly with us to design, plan, schedule, and build the project from concept to completion. Every project is built to each customer’s unique needs, requirements, and budget.
